As much as I appreciate the extra security measures I do hope they can correct the night managers attitude. The bell hop was fun and even gave a little history while taking our things to our room and then again to our car. The staff outside of the one manager was super friendly and very helpful. We did not get to try the buffet as it is only open Thursday to Sunday and we were here on a Tuesday.
The food at the food court is amazing and reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and surprisingly does not smell like smoke even though the majority of the casino floor is smoking allowed. Eventually we were able to get one working key card. Again the elevator will not work unless you have a working key card. The front desk manager again was very rude and refused to make me key cards for my room. I asked the security guard if I needed to bring it with me back to the desk and he said no because he confirmed. Security walks you to your room to verify again no problem however Security walks me back down and confirms the ID and the manager still would not make me new key cards because again I did not have my ID. Security measures make you use an ID to get a new card that is fine however, we just came from the pool so did not have an ID. You have to use your key card to get to your floor of the hotel. We went to the pool when we came back our key cards did not work.
The night shift desk manager was very rude.
